These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of energyfreedomproject.site (the "Site") and your participation in the text messaging program operated by Energy Freedom Project INC ("Energy Freedom Project," "EFP," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. SMS Program Terms

• How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our application form, which is never pre-checked, or by texting us first and confirming.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.
• Changed numbers. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, reply STOP from the old number or notify us so we can update our records.
• Privacy. Your mobile number and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the opportunity

Energy Freedom Project recruits independent contractors for commission-based field sales roles. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, a contract, or a guarantee of an opportunity. Any working relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Income disclaimer

Earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed. Any income figures, examples, or testimonials on the Site or in our communications reflect individual results and are not typical or promised. Your results depend on your effort, skill, market, and other factors outside our control. Many people who apply or start earn little or nothing.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the Site. This includes submitting false or someone else's information, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, scraping it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Energy Freedom Project INC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Energy Freedom Project INC and its officers, directors, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the SMS program. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Energy Freedom Project INC from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. The effective date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site or the SMS program after changes means you accept them.
